POLITICS DIGEST – Honourable Joel Salisu Oyibo has emerged as running mate to the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of the November 11 governorship election in Kogi state.
His candidacy was announced on Saturday by Governor Yahaya Bello in Lokoja, the state capital.
Oyibo is the current chairman of the state’s chapter of National Union of Teacher (NUT).
He hails from Ofu Local Government Area of the state.
